Start your day overlooking the sea with one of our signature breakfast plates. Go big with The Meaty One – featuring butcher’s Lincolnshire sausages, smoked bacon, eggs, and all the trimmings – or enjoy The Veggie One, a plant-powered version with meat-free sausage, creamy scrambled tofu, and sautéed potatoes.

For something lighter, The Royale pairs smoked salmon with soft scrambled eggs on toasted sourdough, while The Millennial One brings the perfect smashed avocado and poached egg combo.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, The Indulgent One stacks fluffy pancakes with crispy bacon, caramelised banana, and maple syrup, while The Fruity One bursts with berries and crème fraiche.
